Need injector hook up on the worst effing truck ever built

6.0's aren't near as fuel sensitive as common rail trucks

I had a buddy that had an '08 and he swears that the fuel filter was never changed. He traded it off last month when it reached 250k. Fuck I change my Duramax fuel filter every 2nd oil change.

Finally, the truck has pushed me over the edge. I bought an 07 F250 Lariat FX4, black with silver stripe, prettiest damned truck around. And now I'm finally convinced the son of a bitch is possessed. I've driven it a total of 41,000 miles, and have already had to spend over $12000 in repairs.

First it was a turbo valve, dealership. Then had that cocksucker Mike Green (not the board Mike Green) stud the heads, oil cooler, egr delete.

Second, the right rear caliper hung on the inside, couldn't see it, ruined the rotor and caliper when it blew out. Had to replace all four wheels.

Third, the alternator fucked up and blew the batteries. Replaced all three.

Fourth, the transmission went out. Rebuilt that.

Fifth, the transmission blew out again after 3000 miles.

Sixth, the head gaskets blew again.

Seventh, had to repair the FICM.

Eigth, an injector goes bad. Replaced it.

Ninth, same injector goes to shit. Replaced it again.

Tenth, most recently, all eight fucking injectors are dead in it right fucking now because I evidently got bad fuel at Walmart in Wylie. I pulled my last receipts and they are both labeled diesel.

If I replace these injectors with new I will be over $15000 in repairs on a truck that I have owned for barely a year and a half. Counting the $1300 a set tires, fuel, payments, insurance and all it would be safe to say that this truck is costing me $3 a mile to drive.

I need a set of cheap injectors for an 07 6.0 so that I can get it running and trade it in. It's at the mechanics shop and I've already pulled my shit out of it. Going straight to the dealership when I pick it up.

Has exhaust, SCT tuner, egr delete, studded heads, oil cooler, new brakes, new alternator, new batteries, pretty new tires, new shocks, upgraded speakers, all kinds of shit on it.

FUCK THIS TRUCK! I have never seen such a damned piece of fucking shit! So pissed off right now it's not even funny.

Thanks for the tip on the insurance company. The shop is handling it. Thankfully. They called and said the pump is jacked too.

Ended up working a deal with a local tech to do it on the side for a little over half what everyone was quoting me. Preciate you trying to work with me though, thanks again!

Any time. But like I said with that guy working on it before there is no telling what was done. I think offing it and starting over is your best bet.

Sorry meant to say 1400 for all 8. I have drained gallons of wAter out of 6.0's that wouldn't run, fill them with clean diesel and never had a problem getting them running again. At least your insurance co will take care of u.

If it makes you feel any better I just purchased mine recently. It had a new shortblock on it, new tranny, new turbo, EGR deleted, and studded.

It just started puking a little coolant out of the degas and I notice a big drop in power compared to a couple days ago.

I'm gonna visit Eric tomorrow to see if the HGs somehow blew..

Go get a nice silverado with a 5.3 easy to work on reliable 1 timing chain etc. I used to be a ford guy but after opening up my quad cam 4.6 after it bent a bunch of valves i saw what a piece of shit it was. sounds like the same engineers designed the 6.0
