Big Truck Filter Mounting Clamp

I'm building my own Tymar type setup for my F350, and I know I don't need it but would like to use a filter holder like the one that comes with the Tymar kit. Only place I've found them online is here - http://store.airflo.com/m002119.html , but they want almost the price of the band to ship it. Was wondering if any of you guys know another place to get these or something similar to hold a 8.5" Donaldson filter?

Was thinking maybe a local big-truck parts house might carry them too....Peterbuilt isn't too far up the road from me.
