You shouldn't have anything hooked up the the 87A terminal so no there would not be any power getting to the A/C clutch when the relay is de-energized/off. So far that circuit you've made looks alright, but you still need to figure out a way to have the WOT switch in series with the A/C pressure switch. I'm not sure how the ECU you are using works, but it may do something when it sees the TPS voltage max out? I wonder what that pin #54 has on it when the throttle is closed vs. wide open....

hmmm so the question is does it apply or take away the ground signal at a certain throttle position near WOT? If it takes away the ground at WOT then you could just get rid of the ground connection on terminal 86 and hook up the ECU wire #54 instead. Then the ECU automatically (depending on throttle position) controls the ground path for the relay's coil power and the A/C control knob switches the 12v side.
