my wife has a 04 dodge neon and when she came to a stop today she said it sounded like a jackhammer on concrete and shook real bad. when it is in park it wont do it or when you are driving. it just came from the body shop because a old lady pulled out in front of her and she could not stop.it bent the frame bad enough that it broke the power steering pulley. any thoughts on what my cause the shaking and noise.

Tell them to check again, there are 3 motor mounts, top middle and bottom. Or get a second opinion.

it does it when it is in drive with foot on the brake like when you are at a red light

Yep. I'd be checking those mounts again.
