Something makes me think that would smooth out my idle.
Sometimes it's fine and sometimes if I've been driving a while and go to idle, it shows 17-18:afr and gets really rough and hunts for an idle. As soon as you tip in it goes back to 14:1, and fine otherwise. I was thinking maybe a slight miss or something? Maybe tune related?
I set the idle through using the tsb method, idles good.. Most of the time.
I just want everything working 100% before I have someone tune it. No sense in tuning a turd.
You better not "vent" the valve cover to vacuum, As in behind the throttle body on the intake side, unless its the pcv system. The crankcase needs the pcv hooked to vacuum and a port to breathe through.

It's a pcv system and from the factory they have a hose from the oil fill to the throttle body. I'm not sure if its before or after the blade.
I didn't add this feature back with the new set up, figured I wouldn't need it.
Do you have the pcv filter in the lower intake? 2nd time I ve asked. You need it. Also need either a breather on valve cover or vent from valve cover to air tube. The motor being hurt is probably why the seal wont hold.

Motor being hurt?
And no It's just a grommet and a the Valve sets in place.
Where would I get one? I'll look in my stock Manifold and investigate
Could be a possibility, correct me if I'm wrong, but when I install the #24 and have a tune they should be able to do all this with the stock regulator with more pulse width/ duty cycle?

Yes. Not a big fan of tunes on fox stuff but yes you can get it done. You should have put a adjustable reg on it.
