So yesterday I drove the notch to the store to get a pack of cigarettes little trans problems here and there like hard to go into first and reverse from a stop and second grinding from time to time for bout the last mounth.
So i go to down shift into 3rd fixing to turn into the parking lot and the trans hangs up in 4th like something in it is in a bind. I coast itto a spot and jiggle the shifter and then end up fighting with it and still stuck. So run grab a pack and smoke one. then get in cussing it out and started at it again and somewhere between the overhand right and a counter left i threw the stick popped losse. It felt real rough and stiky buit started the car and slowly let off the clutch and be damned it was still in gear but stick wasnt. Now the shifter will not make the trans go into / out of any gear.
It's actually stuck in gear.So i ease off the clutch and give it a little gas hoping it would jar it losse and then it popped loud as hell and was free. But as i drove off it stated makeing a cluncking nosie and could feel it in the stick.(link to video with sound attached) Only does that when in gearand driving. When going slow its worse as far as it hits whatever harder than when i drive faster.
Clutch will engage and disengage pretty normal,could use a little adjusting,but not real bad
