Anyone local to Saginaw have a Cobra Pulley Puller/Installer

I have an appointment with HPP tomorrow to get tuned but I want to swap my 3.1" pulley to a 3.4" before I go. I will be happy to pay a tool loan fee, supply beer, etc. Please PM me if you have one I can use. TIA.

It is so close. I just want to pull the current pulley off so I don't go over 12 lbs of boost.
