So I just got done tearing my engine apart and guess what?

The intake upper and lower, STOCK orginal.
The heads, rocker arms ect all stock orginal never been touched.

Cam is still in the car but if the shoe fits......

Cross hatches clearly visiable in ALL cylinders, no signs of detonation on any of the pistons, just carbon build up from 20 years.

Not that anyone cares I've just been waiting to do this. !

What can I use to clean the pistons? What works best for cleaning off old gaskets? Thanks ladies!

And my head gaskets weren't blown! Imagine that shit!!

The valves were very rusty and the intake valve on cylinder 8 was oily like a motherfucker, like I had originally thought.

If you go back and look at my dyno results and a the random threads about racing. Track times ect... It was claimed that it "ran to well to be %100 stock"

I think brooks even claimed it to have a valve job and milled heads at one time..
