wheel bore?

does anyone here know a company that bore's wheels? or a machine shop...

My brother has a Nissan Hardbody and bought a set of Titan wheels, the only way they will fit is if he bore's the center of the wheels. Ive done some research and that is pretty much what everyone is doing to make them fit.

Any help is greatly appreciated....

Judging by the pictures it doesn't, it looks like he just needs the wheel pads turned down.

There is enough room but then I we would have to roll the fenders and worry about other misc stuff.... Just seems a better route if we just bore them.
