Need some help here. On a 2009 Toyota Yaris, is there anyone that can walk me through the procedure to unlock the security lock after batter replacement? I have the vin available.

If you open the glovebox the code is on a sticker on the side. At least it is on Honda's. Most other times it is in the manual.Originally posted by Silverback -

Check the owners manual too, if you have one. I know our old Acura's was in there, fortunately. Otherwise you are just going to have to take it to the dealership.Comment

It's not for me. No WAY I'd own a Yaris. The car isn't even here at the moment, but I might just try hitting it.
