Couple of things. First your car shouldn't run 13 anything AFR all the time. This means either the wb is not calibrated correctly and reading almost a fill point too rich or your oxygen sensor isn't working.
Second, try a 3923. Your plugs are too hot. Was that #7 that burned? I always ran non projected tip NGK 8 plugs. Never had an issue like that. If your wb is wrong then it was too lean. Did you ever cut off the threads and read the plugs after a wot pass? If you want it right you have to. New plugs must be used each time. At least on the holes you are checking. I always used #7 because it was my problem child.
Was that the first pass on a full bottle?Last edited by Diabolic; 01-17-2013, 07:55 AM.

This was number 8, and I pulled #1 the first time I used nitrous and haven't checked them sense.
It reads 13.6-13.9 all the time, I fresh air calibrated it when I installed it. I thought it was odd for it to be running rich, but on wot it shows 12.5-12.8, which matches what it showed on the dyno.

It should fluctuate rapidly between 14.2 and 15.1. Close loop targets 14.67 and it dances around that. Either the wb is incorrect or the oxygen sensor isn't functioning properly. You really don't need a wb to tune for nitrous.
Use a full bottle, install a fresh plug in #8, I did this in the parking lot, running it all the way through 3rd, turn off the car, coast into parking lot down the road, pull and replace #8, take home and cut off threads. Post pic of plug.
Set base timing at 6 until you get this straight.
