Throttle body blade ??

I have a 90mm throttle body with no blade (ls1) it is a nick williams throttle body and i cannot get any response on purchasing a replacement. Is there any one on here that has the mad skills needed to make a blade? I made a mock up out of lexan to see how tough it would be to do, and i am worried i do not have the tools to make it "perfect". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i have emailed him and contacted Heintz performance where he works. They gave me his email again. I have already been given his ph# but wasn't sure how happy he'd be getting calls in that manner.

Hrm that number shows to be the main line on Heintz and at some point Williams Performance.

Yeah, from what i gather he sold the business and i think the throttlebody biz too. I guess i'm just gonna bust out the trusty old protractor and try and cut out a couple and see what i can do.
