You never answered my question. Did you check the pinion angle?

The vibrations started before any aftermarket parts. The only mod at the time they started were gears. But as soon as i put the new trans flange in i will be going.over everything. And wheels in the sig are for sale. Come get em!!

For fucks sake just check the pinion angle and stop buying parts. Make sure to measure from the edge of the differential flange and not the flat portion on the housing. The flat area will be roughly 2 degrees off from the pinion center line.

I searched for a vibration issue forever, and it turned out being the brake rotors.

If the pinion angle is proper and it still shakes it would no be the first time I've seen an internal auto trans part cause a vibration. I have been witness to a torque converter on one and a planetary set in another. I did not get to use the Ford vibration analyzer before i left dealerships, but it picked those 2 out.

Turbostang will be able to figure it out. He helped me with a problem I had and knew exactly what it was without even looking at the car.

needs a new driveshaft, bet the gear installer dropped it. Ford says to replace if dropped.
