I use a -16an upper and lower hoses and is a street car.
CSI-16 Ford T-stat housing, bungs welded to the radiator, -16an bung fits perfect into a factory Ford water pump inlet.
We also use -8 and 10 for the heater core also. Removed ALUMINUM core, cut the tubes down, welded -8 and -10 male bungs to them. Drill rear water jacket in the intake, welded a -8an male bung. Pulled the 5/8" pipe out of the water pump, taps perfect with a 1/2" NPT, then threaded a 1/2"-10an adapter.
There is not a single hose clamp on my car and it is full P/S and A/C motor with probably 2+ seperate lines. Way too many hose ends but never have to worry about a leak.Last edited by KBScobravert; 01-09-2013, 01:16 AM.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.
