I've got all three of those. My brother had the same issue on his Terminator conversion and we ended up welding on some '96-'98 Cobra crossmember mounts. He's running a T-56 and I don't think those mounts will work with my TKO-600.

This might be what will end up happening. I'd like to avoid it if possible.

buildup a slight offset coming off the collector. It's going to make the pipe and offset lower to the ground but what choice do you have. I suppose you could flatten the pipe some at the crossmember, the internal volume would still be the same. Nascar does that.
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

have you made sure the motor mounts are sitting all the way down in the k member, if the drivers side is a little high, the header will inturn be twisted or lifted up possibly causing the issue, of maybe slot the mount plate on the drivers side a little more or shim up the passenger side to allow the drivers side to sit a little lower

I'll look into this, maybe even go to an exhaust shop and buy some extra piping to play with.

The motor mounts are sitting flush with the K-member. I might try to shim the passenger side up but then it could have the same issue as the drivers side.

Thanks for all the help guys, you've all given me very good ideas and I'm more then happy to take more suggestions.
