I'm trying to put my Kooks "universal" X-pipe on my '88 LX and it's hitting the crossmember mounts on the body. I've done research on this but can't find specific details on what people did to correct this. I'm wondering it there are some I can get at the junkyard to weld onto my car to move it out of the way of the X-pipe? Here are some pics.

Well that fucking sucks, pay all that money and shit doesn't fit, figures huh. I would trim a little bit of that bracket and the rest on the collector, it will not hurt the flow that much. Or send them back and buy something else.Originally posted by SilverbackLook all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.

Where are you located ?
