Shop lighting, Anyone done any research?

Are these T12's, T8's, T5's? There's a big difference. Also, 2,4 or 6 bulb units.

Shut i don't know, they are 4 ft lights, 2 bulb per light lol

I installed a 8ft T8 2-bulb fixture in a friends garage and it lit it up very brightly. Night and day difference from the single outlet that the builder installed. More recently replaced the single bulb in my own garage with a 4ft T12 2 bulb fixture. Again night & day difference although my garage is a little smaller than hers.

Of these 2 types of lamps I would prefer the T8's and would have installed them in my garage if I could have found a 4ft fixture at the time I was shopping. My preference for lamp spectrum is 5000K.
