Fuel Injectors

Where can I get fuel injectors for an '04 Ford f150 5.4 and how hard is it to change them? How much would it cost me to get them changed? On of them has started to make a ticking noise and it irritates me very much. Sorry for all the questions.

You sure it's the injector? These 5.4's are known for being kind of noisy.

Yes, and No, I listened to a few sounds on the ford training videos for their techs and it was the exact ticking sound they said was related to your fuel injector. It never made this particular noise before but then again I never had 126k on the dash either. It is idling kinda rough and has a slight smell in the cabin every now and then which makes me think its the injectors. But again who knows, Its not showing any codes for anything.
