The new autos are the only way to go. They shift veryfast and are decent now. I used to be a manual only tranny guy, until lately. In my opinion a 6speed auto >>> 6 Speed Manual. (Put a stall and program the shiftpoints, and you can't touch it.). -
Here are a couple pics we took today. We put her on the dyno to see what the mods did.
So far it has offroad H-pipe, magnaflow catback, airaid cold air kit, and an HPP tune.
It made 401rwhp and 374rwtq stock was 365rwhp and 346rwtq
It is also dropped 1" and the factory 19's are for sale! Now taking offers.
Blue 99 cobra with flames 7.7@180, 4.9@146 in the 1/8 on 275 radials. Getting it done on a true 10.5" tire, with a 3.5" bore, 32 valves, and 4 cams.
The daily: Sonic blue 03 Cobra with twins 1,063rwhp @ 25 psi
The daily part 2: Kona Blue 2011 5.0 KB 4.2l KB, AR headers & midpipe, 25psi on E-85 900+RW thru the stock auto.

That's crazy. My 97 Cobra has essentially the same mods (catted X, Magnapacks, JLT and HPP tune) and it makes 285/280...what a difference 14 years makes.
