I took another look on FSB website and read some of the sixliter mods. Basically a cap/coil/wire/plug swap with 13.5* initial timing adds 3-4mpg and better throttle response. They love the Autolites. Doing headers and a nice y-pipe will add some more power and mpg.
After that it's heads/cam/intake and tune.
My first vehicle was a 77 Power Wagon with 318, no a/c, full dual exhaust with no cats on 31/10.50's and got 20mpg on hwy.
I am thinking more power with the 351W and 18-20mpg is doable.

I had a mass air '95 bronco with a 302. E4od crapped out at abot 100k with 33's. Rebuilt and added a BIG trans cooler and went with 35's. Awesome trucks but the bodies can flex pretty bad. You will have to trim the bumper corners but it can be done neatly so as not to look chopped up. my truck had a body lift and small susp lift totalling about 6 in. rode great and did everything I asked it to.

My boss has a '94-5 Bronco that the guys at work have been building for a year or so now. It's got a small lift, 33-35" tires, and a crate 351w Lightning motor with a Vortech. It's pretty close to being done.
They repainted it some black that comes on a Toyota or something with a bunch of different color metallics in it that's a pretty nice color.
He also had the interior redone in black leather and had the Harley-Davidson logo stitched in the upper part of the seat.
