ah, I skipped over that part.

I don't know that it's accurate enough, or possibly even overly-accurate. This has potential for absolutely nothing usable, or a car that runs like shit because of a emulated narrow band signal that's triggering too easily or inaccurately.

same reason i've always heard that it's best to replace o2 sensors as a pair and obviously use the same type/brand on each side. might be interesting to log the simulated output vs. the o2 sensor output on the same bank to see how accurate it is vs. a narrow band.

Just add a bung for the WB and use it as a standalone. You can still datalog from it as well as have a local indicator.

most likely by the time you see an air\fuel problem on the wideband you will have already incurred damage. At least with any type of power adder. There's so much going on when you make a pass or a run on the street that by the time you monitor all the "essentials" and notice one to be way out (like extremely lean for instance) damage has already begun. That being said, I still run one (mustang) just to keep tabs on stuff. On the buick I just bottle it and go, with as small a shot as I run on it I'm not too concerned. If I pop the motor in it then it just gives me more reason to put the other one together. When I finally get he next combo together and going I'll likely put a dedicated Wideband in it to help aid in carb tuning and check jetting changes on the bottle.
