If the tps is read at least .03 semen, then that's your problem

CRC makes that, but i think they also sell something specific for cleaning the MAF.

I thought that car had the frame bent on it from that pile up & put on a frame machine and then they gave it a clean title after it was put on the frame machine & straightened back out.

BTW, it doesn't have a frame. It's a unibody dorks!
