I looked under the car and there appears to be no frame damage

I replaced the IAC valve on my '03 Mach but it was having a near-stalling problem as opposed to surging whenever braking fairly hard. Mine's a standard however, but replacing it solved the problem.

Have you cleaned or replaced the IAC? Do like the rest of us that have owned that motor have done -- clean the IAC or replace it and then see what happens. It's one electric plug and 2 bolts. Fill it with carb spray, brush it a little, jet it out, rinse-lather-repeat. Let it dry and then reinstall. I'd say that has a 90% chance of fixing your issue. If it doesn't, post up what you did and the symptoms again and then you'll get help.

Either ignore the trolls and report only on what you did or post girlfriend/wife's naughty parts in the NSFW forum -- that's the only way to get rid of the trololololololololololols.

Okay, i just cleaned it as best as I could, but it is still ranging from 500-1100 rpm, sometimes but If i put it in neatural it stays right around 550 or so.

If the tps is bad would it throw any codes, because I took it to O'Reilly and there are no codes coming up

                    Did you check for semen?
If the tps is read at least .03 semen, then that's your problem

BTW it's rpm, not rpms, and vacuum, not vacume.

                          It's actually either one. 1 revolution=1 rotation=360 degrees=2π

The short definition of "rpm" is revolutions per minute, though.

TPS and MAF would be the next likely culprits. Has the car been modified/tuned at all? Oh, one other thing to check is the temp sensor. Mine fell out one time and the car ran like shit because it was running rich as crap. That's the air temp sensor up by the MAF.

Not that I know of, the previous owner just put a new ecu on it, I asked if it had a chip or if it had been tuned and he said it was the stock tune. The car runs great though, when you hit it, its all there. Its just sometimes it doesn't want to idle.

Yes, they are messing with you about the car being wrecked. They do the same thing for everyone that mentions getting a new (used) car on here.

I would have guessed the IAC too..

And no, there was no tune on it.
