I just picked up a 99 gt from one of the guys here at dfwm, when I'm sitting in traffic or at a long red light the rpms fluctuate about 300 or so and if I'm not on the brakes hard it lunges forward, I'm kinda leaning towards it being a vacume problem but not sure, any suggestions?

If you ave an Android phone or jail broken Iphone(I think) you can buy the Torque App for 4.99 and the bluetooth OBDII adapter from amazon for like $25 or so. lets you read codes and check sensors and some other stuff.
