I just picked up a 99 gt from one of the guys here at dfwm, when I'm sitting in traffic or at a long red light the rpms fluctuate about 300 or so and if I'm not on the brakes hard it lunges forward, I'm kinda leaning towards it being a vacume problem but not sure, any suggestions?

Hey guys I've been searching for a DFW Mustang group/forum for a while now and found this site just a few minutes ago and thought I'd introduce myself.
