Where can I bolt the the body ground strap and harness ground strap to? They were bolted to the back of the drivers head. Now I can't find a bolt that fits on these gt40p's. So I just need to figure out where I can bolt them to

Yep, as long as it bolts to the motor or transmission and its metal or alloy you should be fine.

I bought a 19" battery cable and ran it from a header bolt to a hood hinge bolt and after firing it up, it spit and sputter when revving it or holding a steady rpm. The tach was jumpy and twitchy. I thing I need to redo it. I tried to bolt it to the back of the head but I didn't have a bolt that would thread in.

Wasn't sure about this. I have it on a header bolt now.
