  • a sportlines not made for verts?

the c springs arent giving me the look i am after. i drive the car about 100miles a yr, so i dont mind a rough ride if it looks how i want it. do they not make sportlines for verts? can i just buy the ones for a hardtop? what would the difference be? or should i be looking at h&r supersports? thanks gents.

    god bless.

mine are an old set for verts, no noticeable different. Put whatever you want under it.

If its not low enough for ya, start cutting the c springs. Cheap and easy

is there any set "rule" as to how much coil is gonna give me "this much" drop? i'll prolly just heat them up.

        god bless.

How long have they been installed? Normally takes a few hundred miles or couple weeks for them to "settle" to their ride height.

I would just remove a quarter coil till I found exactly what I wanted. That said, coil overs ftmfw!

I know you know better, don't heat up springs.

Normal rule of thumb for coils is 2" per coil cut. It's not perfect but a ball park figure.
