TCC Lock Up/PO1351 Code

Code PO1351 popped u about a week ago and I hve been fighting it since. From reading it is ignition related. So far I have swapped out the ICM/coils and also the PCM cause I swapped TB for a later model. Neither of these changed the issue but the new PCM did seem to calm down the lock/unlock but it is still there. My question is can the two be related..Can a PO1351 cause the TCC issue?

The powertrain is a 02 3800 SC...
