  • anyway to fix my h-pipe?

i need help, yesterday i was coming out of my girlfriends apartment complex and something tore my hpipe up pretty good. i was wondering if there is anyway to get the flange back on the hpipe? or would i be better off just finding another mid pipe?

buy a new one. That will never seal right again.

cool pipe, hot flange, thick oil, and a BFH. Maybe also some short piece of tube the same diameter as the flange, that way you can put it up against the flange and beat on it.

and, yes, it'll probably slip back off whenever it is least convenient for you.

try standing it on its end and lay the flange IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION on the end of the h pipe. I would lay a block of wood under the h pipe ends and one on top of the flange.....beat the shit out of it with a BFH and itll go back on.......

any muffler shop can hook that up, or just put different flanges on it!

Honestly I wouldn't even fuck with it. Just buy a new one. You can find them cheap enough. And as previously stated, more than likely it will never seal right or come back off. It's not worth the effort.

Is your car lowered? hit a speed bump? In addition to fixing/replacing it I would find out what ripped the flange of. No sense fixing it only to have ripped right back off.

yea i know what it hit, it was something connected to the bottom of the gate we went through. i am thinking it was a motion sensor for it.
