The converter wasn't in all the way, it screwed up the pump and the output shaft has alot of play in it. So I'm going to go through it.

I can see him over filling it and that is probably why he always thought it had a leak but I drove it with that trans and it worked great . I think the output fix is a good idea . My budy Derek rebuilt his AOD with just a book for instruction and if he could do it I am sure you and pops can get it perfect .
