Here's my exhaust video I made when I was 19.

Not gonna happen in your budget.

Oh cool. Well if your doing the TT&L in OK enjoy the daily fee they are charging you every day after 30.
And unless you paid about $22k for the car, there is no way it's going to be $700.

I just wanna see it run. I bought a new one in '90, but I loaded it down with stereo gear (12 - 15" woofers, 1600 watts, etc). Been wanting to find one again and do the swap.

Car was bought in Oklahoma and brought to DFW. I was already told $700 to register it because of sales tax. Car is being registered here btw.

It wouldn't be hard to hit 300hp. Do a PI swap, headers, exhaust, CAI and I'd be pretty damn close to 300hp if not there.

A ton of work for so little performance.

Not really. 225hp stock, PI swap will bring it up to 260hp, headers exhaust and CAI would bump it to 300hp not alot of work for a considerate about of hp gain. That's almost a 100hp gain for something that could be done in a weekend. I would say that would be money well spent.

LOL at quoting rated hp. That 260hp is actually more like 200 at the wheels. My '03 GT, with a P1, a good tune, and all the supporting mods, made 380 at the wheels.

LOL at 200 at the wheels.... You think you lose 60hp from the flywheel to the wheels? LOL!! You're crazy.
I never said 260hp to the wheels I just said 260hp.... and 99% of the time if I'm talking hp numbers I'm talking to the crank not the wheels.

I've done the swap before on a friends mustang. It went from embarrassingly slow to disappointing slow. But you're young and I'm sure it would be a learning experience and rewarding. I would just put a blower on it and call it a day.

Anyways I've thought about a blower but I hear nothing but bad things when adding a blower to these 2V's
