egr delete on 1990?

I want to delete the EGR but I see that they make a simulator plug for the harness. How do I make one ( what resistors and what pins) or do I even need to worry about it? TIA

Just pull the upper and use a freeze plug on the hole in the center of the runners. This keeps the hot exhaust from getting to the upper. Then block the 2 water lines.

Just disconnect the vacuum line. No more hot EGR gasses, plus the ECM will know it isn't functioning and will not use the compensatory timing advance it would otherwise.
