Which shop?

I need to have the tune checked on this mustang, and there are a few choices as to which shop to have it done at. The car is a basic gt40 crate motor but it hunts for the idle and smells like its running pig rich. Which shop would you use, and why.

JKS Performance. Josh is a great guy that cars about his customers and their cars. I've had him do a Kenne bell install on stock motor, then install built shortblock with methanol, re install Kenne bell, smaller pulley, retune and the car has been phenomenal for 3 years on his tunes!

TrueStreet in McKinney. They return your shit back to you in better condition than when you dropped it off.( many shops have an issue with this) Customer service, as far as mod shops go, is second to none. Yes, I am a nutswinger.

Josh built the 393 in my car and tuned it with the bottle then with the procharger, then with the procharger and bottle.
And I can still drive it from keller to mansfield with the a/c on
