Has anyone here painted their car with JD Blitz Black?

From the little bit I've read about it, it seems like it's a pain to mix (thick like chewing gum). I'm interested as well.

Painted my car with it. Its enamel paint so you mix it like any other, theres a reducer and a hardner. Im no paint pro and this is the first vehicle i painted and it turned out pretty good I think. I have $100 in the paint supplies. Painted it with a cheap HF paint gun. This is the only pic i have of it since 2 days afgter i painted it it went to brooks.

It's made by Valspar for JD. Save yourself some money, and pick it up as, "Implement Black," at Tractor Supply.

I highly doubt it. By the pics Brooks posted of his machinery I wasnt able to see any other car there but his stang and lots of tools.

There are some good write-ups on the HAMB. Just prepare to take a long time with it, if you want it nice, or else, just live with what it is: cheap metal protection. Hot Rod also did a roller-paint job write up that involved 10:1 or more thinner to Rustoleum, with a wet sand and a week in between coats. It was good for the $100ish dollars they spent. That how-to's online, as well.

Rust oleum satin on the front didn't match at all.

I would rather just spray in a gun... 10 times faster and looks better
