    tie rod replacement

    The inner rod on the drivers side of my truck came loose. I went ahead and bought 2 sets of inner and outer rods. I replaced the drivers side but noticed the wheels lined up straight but my steering wheel was not. I still haven't replaced the tie rod on the passenger side, will do it first thing in the morning.

    What can I do to fix the alignment?? Am I better off just finishing replacing the tie rods and having a shop fix the alignment??

        Cool. First time changing them and I wasn't sure if there was something I could do to fix it. Just thought I'd ask first.

          You can get them close enough to drive, but if you don't have them pretty close, if not good or safe to drive far.

          X3 on getting it aligned.
