Which is a problem MANY already face on here!

Thankfully my car is actually a 79, which makes it easy breezy!

      Why?

      Obd2 (ease of tuning)
Should be better than the original motor and emissions etc

To meet all of the emission requirements would be a total pain in the ass. You'd need all of the fuel evap stuff and who knows what all else. I'm pretty sure my car runs almost as clean if not more clean than when it was brand new, but jumping through the all the hoops isn't worth it to me. I'll just wait it out till the car is 25+yrs and only have to worry about the safety. The car has been sitting since '09 anyways.

          Hmmmmm
Are you going to an old Bush inspection station for your inspection stickers or something?

I wouldn't have to weary about emission. But I was thinking of just putting a carb on one.

The cost for a carb setup isn't priced right especially if you buy all new parts.
SDPC has a decent deal going last time I checked.
