  • Can anyone identify this plug? 94 GMC Sierra 5.7L.

Got this truck from the auction and it has a lot of wires cut and pieces missing. I have figured out what most of them are, but I can't find out what the hell this plug goes to. It's on the passenger side, mid engine. I have checked my 98 Silverado and it doesn't have it, and a friend checked his 91 and it doesn't have it either.

Too short to reach the front accessories and everything else has it's plug. Unless something has a long pigtail on it, there is nothing close that can reach.

Now that is possible since I haven't been able to find the high side plug.

It's not.that, seems like I remember some of those not being connected.to anything, I thought it.might have been to a diverter valve for.smog, but it.would have been a male.plug.

I asked on a Chevy truck forum and they gave the same answer, that it goes to nothing. My old Super Coupe had the same thing, just a plug for the EGR, but mine wasn't equipped with it.
