If I understand correctly, my options are to drop in a rebuilt, or try replacing the valve seals...
Is there any issue replacing valve seals and not rebuilding the bottom end as well? This is my daily so minimal downtime is priority, which is why a reman would be in order instead of rebuilding my existing.
It burns oil too, not sure how fast as I don't really pay attention to it. I would estimate I put a quart in it every 1000 miles. All highway driving.
