  • Eaton on a 302?

    Guy who makes the kits claims 485rwhp @ 12psi, from what I gathered he is running gt40 heads and lower intake.





    Doesnt have an intercooler though, which worries me.

    320rwhp. 7.67 @ 90mph 1.7 60'

      I had plans drawn up for an intake with intercooler when I was still dicking around with my fox.

      It has to be turned on it's side for my idea. I never got anywhere close to making anything.

        I figure using a systemax lower, brodix heads and an Anderson b25 should net 500rwhp with less boost.

        A daily driven non intercooled car bothers me.

        For $1200 it sure seems hard to beat!

            True, the modular blowers would work with this adapter kit. Those kenne bells are mad expensive!

              Don't you work at a parts house? Run water/methanol injection with that, and don't worry about the lack of an intercooler.

                I was thinking of that earlier, and it'll work. I'm not 100% educated on meth injection, so I have some research to do.

                    I don't know if you are interested or not, but I have a Gen 1 Eaton M90 off from my super coupe out in the garage. The way that one is designed, you can run it through an intercooler and into the stock style intake. It's in bad need of a snout coupler, but it still makes boost. It needs a top on it, but I would sell it stupid cheap. I have seen them ghetto adapted to a 5.0L before.

                      you might want to look at a freshened shortblock before throwing boost at yours.

                        I read awhile back on the corral that these kits are having problems with the bearing support on the snout.

                          running meth injection does not equate to having a intercooler it is going to have some high iats, i wouldnt run without a intercooler for something daily driven , even all out drag cars have intercoolers , its for a reason
