Need a good Honda Shop..

My buddy has a swapped civic and it runs rough. It supposedly was built and tuned at Redline but I've heard bad things about them and the car runs very poorly in the winter. I have no tuning tools and can't figure out where the timing is set, which sensors could be bad, etc. so he is looking for a reputable and somewhat budget friendly shop in the dallas area to fix the car. He knows nothing and I am not familiar with common honda issues so let me know where he can take it. An individual would be fine as well, if you know what you're doing. Thanks
