Is the special good on my ecoboost f150? I want to ditch the 3.15

Well I am going to give them a chance to fix it since I have already paid for it. If it's still cashed, I will definitely hit up TS!

Don't bother trying to get them to fix it. The old saying about not being able to un-break an egg also applies to gear sets.Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

Anything is possible and they could be set back up to not make noise. but if they are messed up I'm sure they will put in a new set.03 Dark Shadow Grey Mach1

Well I set them up myself to specs and they never even made a sound. That was almost 5 years ago and I still have those same gears in my car to this day.

I was tired of paying for my lack of knowledge/experience on differentials. I spent $100 on the special tools (dial indicator, in-lb torque wrench) and studdied up on the procedures. It's extremely simple but arduous work. I'm setting up my own from now on.

The whining IS the gears. Does not have a thing to do at all with the suspension. Incorrect pinion angle will give you a vibration with noise. No whining. Besides...with the 2 piece drive-shaft, you have allot more wiggle room on the pinion angle. Make sure they get you NEW gears, and demand that someone sets it up that KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
