This coming from a guy that hates lowered vehicles...

Having said that i like it the way it is. Any lower and all the little problems of a slammed truck will make you eventually hate driving it....

This coming from the guy that lowers or raises every vehicle and then says they should have left it alone.

Having said that, unless you bag it and notch the frame, you are gonna hate the way it rides

I'd lower only the front after the ls1 goes in cause it will look like it is launching at the track with the weight off the nose. Prob go 1 inch lower than where it is now, leave back alone.

Yeah after the ls goes in I am expecting to need a 2 in drop in the front to get it back right. Just trying to decide whether to do spindles, or go with drop control arms. I have heard really good things about the arms. I have about 8-9 inches in the rear. Between the top of the axle and the frame, so there is plenty of space to go much lower and not need a notch.

Is it just me, or does the rear end look like it is sitting too far forward in the wheel well ?

I think it is a combination of the angle of the pic and the offset of the wheels. They sit about 1.5 inches inside the well. I plan to widen it when I build the rear end.
