I considered buying 20's when I got these, but Im not into the big wheel look. I plan to get a wider rear wheel and put a 275 or 305 in the rear. As stated I'm planning an ls1 swap with around 370-380 rwhp and maybe a 150 shot for fun. Lots of future plans for it.

We're putting an aluminum-head 5.3 and 4L60 in my buddy's '84 longbed. We are restoring everything. Had it all the way down to a cab on frame rails.
With the drop spindles, it has about 2" of ground clearance at the control arms. We built a big skid plate to protect the oil pan, lol.
When the government pays, the government controls.

Sweet!! I was originally planning a 4l60, but the cost to buy one then have it built to hold 600 hp reliably, was just too much for me. I have a lockup th350 I plan to use and get built along with a small converter. Should run and drive like stock as I am running an ls6 cam.
I will probably end up using the drop control arms for the front once the motor is in. I have a truck pan I plan to use but might end up with an f body pan for clearance.
