2000 Honda civic brake light prob after spoiler install

Buddy installed a spoiler on his 2000 civic with a led light on the spoiler. Worked last night. Today his break lights don't work. But the tails are on even tho the switch is off. I looked at it and he spliced into his harness on the tail light assembly. Just as I would and have in the past. I disconnected to led and nothing changed. On these Hondas the tails are fused with the horn. Horn works. So fuse should be good . I'm yet to check all the fuses seeing as I'm at work. Any ideas?

Fixed. Always the simple Shit after you've gone thru the whole car with a volt meter. Lol
