    Just curious if you guys think I will see a big difference is times in the 1/8 by changing the throttle body.. Current setup
    306 forged pistons
    F cam
    30 pound injectors
    65 mm throttle body with a 70 mm spacer
    Performer heads
    Preformer 2 intake
    73 pro m mass air
    4.10
    With a c4 and 4k stall
    I do have a 70 mm throttle body but it whistling so loud it's annoying..

    Was told that the 65mm would be more throttle responsive on low rpms and the larger intake uptop would get the most. Current set up went an 8.10 with an 1.8 60ft and 86.5 mph

    Next weekend will add aluminum driveshaft and trans brake solenoid.

    70mm would be optimal, but it won't pick up much if any.

    Ill be running the 70mm race unit from accufab, it's a 70mm unit that flows the same as a 75mm. I bought it with a little bit of room to grow.
