Ok so I fired this thing up and it makes a really loud fluttering sound when revved up. If I put my hand over the bov I can feel the air pulsing out in tempo with the fluttering sound. OMG it's loud when free reved and the throttle is slammed shut! Like I need ear protection under the hood loud. I may recirculate the valve again to stop the noise.

The standoff for my bov is 2" but the hole in the pipe is the size of a quartet. I didn't even check initially. Guess the welder futures any size hole is big enough. I'm gonna run a hole saw down the tube tomorrow and see if it helps. I also have my meter in a 3" tube instead of a 3.5" so she's really rich!

I command .78 Lambda from 100% load and up, but in 1st gear only I get a Lambse of .85. Once in 2nd it goes right to .78.

I think it would be worth covering the bet, just to see the race.

            Looks good Charles!

Cooter would win that one, methinks. 600hp and around 1000-1200 tq, not even a competition.

The numbers are purely speculative on my part.

Where is the BOV installed? It needs to be as close as possible to the blower output. Can't be after FMIC either. Fluttering is a bad thing for the blower. I had to move my BOV pipe to right after the vortech to cure the fluttering.

New tune loaded, drilled out the hole larger below the BOV, and everything is just great! In the near future I will upgrade to Greddy style 50mm knockoff valve.

Well it made 360hp at 4800rpm and 450ftlbs of tq at 3900rpm when it was NA runnig 8.8-8.7's at the dale on regualr non drag radials, so whudda ya think it makes now with 15#'s on the gauge and a 75 shot of nitrous? I'm thinking it's gotta be close to 575-600hp and about the same tq without the nitrous and 625-675 with the nitrous and probably 700+ftlbs of tq. It weighs 4650 with me in it, and I have 4.56 gears. Novi 2000 and a 408 is in the works.

list the rest of the parts. Easier to guess with the whole grocery list.

I think your geuss is probably pretty close. The only wildcard is the fact that its an auto. Is it an E4OD trans? If so, they are power hungry.
