  • since i dont know dick about heads



    i have the brodix st 5.0. how do they compare to other heads. i can read the numbers but dont know how to translate.
    where do they rank in size compared to
    e7s?
    gt-40s?
    afr165?
    185?

    Brodix are good heads. Better than stock and gt40s. What valve size? I would put them with the afr heads. I see a lot of people porting both and getting great numbers. Nm just saw link. O would assume they r comparible to 165s with the 1.9/1.6

      k. i know they are 60 cc also and if i recall correct afr165 are 58 cc? how does this shit compute?

        Aren't you gonna get a higher compression ratio with a smaller combustion chamber?

                            It'll result in more power, and make your car like nitrous a little more. I think if you go force induction though, higher compression will mean less boost before your engine goes BOOM BITCH!!!
