T-top repair?

My glass needs some reconditioning on the metal parts. The handles sag and some of the little metal pieces are old and rusty. It looks like it just needs some thin aluminum or sheet metal riveted in. Idk. If you know where i can get these things back to the way they used to be, lmk. Also, the plastic covers, can these be made or repaired? I have them but some chips and cracks prevent them from staying on the glass.
