  • Drag spring questions.

Just picked up a set of springs and I have a few questions.

To use or not to use the Isolaters? I believe that's what they are called, the rubber rings that go on top/bottom of the spring.

I've seen people take them out, why?

Also, what are the inner plastic things for? They go in the middle of the front springs..

And yes I have drag springs. Sp you know I'll be "poppin willys"

Thanks in advance, next mod control arms.

You don't need the stops I gave u. Those r off the stock springs. I would however get the bag that goes in the rear passenger spring. The isolators raise it about half an inch or so. They're said to reduce spring noise and harshness but I haven't heard anything.

or 70/30s just depends on how you need the suspension to work up front. thats all part of the science of tuning a suspension when launching. Im probably just going to get coilovers up front, thats why i didnt mess with it yet.

True that, I was thinking the same thing, it'd be a while for me though, I'll just do it with k member and tubular control arms.
