I have the flowmaster hushpowers. They sound very good and almost cant hear them with the windows up and cruising. But I am gonna sell them and get the FRPP GT500 mufflers and Lethal Performance offroad H-pipe. This setup sounds real crisp and almost exotic.
              Current rides:
              1973 Camaro 350/350
              1991 GMC Sierra Stepside
              2012 Gt500
              2006 Dodge MegaCab 5.9 cummins

Don had straight pipes in his last one, I'm sure anything less will seem too quiet for him.

No, I had Spintech mufflers on the last one.

My uncle is getting the GT500 exhaust for his. All the other aftermarket stuff sounds raspy and cheap. Plus it has nice looking tips and sells for $269 from Ford Racing.

That's not bad for an axle back system. I had to do cat back so I could have 3" all the way out.

Borla Stingers are on my Cobra...best sounding v8 mustang exhaust made if you ask me.
This is what mine sounds like...not my car. Just a random youtube vid.

Here is the ATAK system for 11GT...

And the S Type... (sweet car!)

I would love to get some stingers for my 06',but I came across the Bassani full exhaust on a deal I couldn't pass up years ago.

+1 for Borla Stingers. They're quiet at idle, with a deep tone, then really roar when you get on it. Course, their "roar" got quite a bit louder with the Whipple. Check my sig for the sound with the stock H-pipe. Haven't heard them on the 5.0 though...

Do you have any kind of midpipe on there? Mine has an xpipe so I'm sure that helps with sound too
