Had to run errands this morning and the engine is still hot, got back around 1.

Gonna make me a Sammy and hopefully it's cooled off.

Have the hood up w/ a box fan on the intake. LOL

Should take you only a couple of hours. Make sure you use lock tight.

Mine haven't melted a clutch cable yet, but after 10+ years my starter is now weak when heat soaked. Have to let the car cool off before starting it if I've been driving it awhile. womp womp

Easy install, seemed easier than installing mac equal length shorties if I remember right, but I did the shorties at age 16 and everything was new and a bit challenging then.

              Are you installing 1 5/8 or 1 3/4?
Not sure if the 1 3/4 is the clutch cable eater,
but for sure 1 5/8 clears.

Was able to dig up a pic when i had them

Still working on it, passenger side went easy..

Ran into stupid problems like a the old o2 sensors were seized, had to go to town to get new ones, changing the oil and plugs too.

Driver side looks like it should be easy, from the bottom right?

Went in without removing the starter or steering shaft.

Putting the headers in was the easy part, what a peice of cake. Everything else however can go fuck itself.

The o2 sensors were straight fucked.
The motor mount on the drivers side somehow got so out of whack it was about 1 inch off the hole in the kmember. Causing the passenger side header to hit the strut tower. That made it next to impossible to get the engine back into place. Fuck!

The x pipe also was a pita didnt fit for shit. It was too narrow. (BBK)

Then we have the strut tower brace, thats a cunt.

I whooped my own ass today, but it's well worth it. The car screams and sounds nice between shifts. You can certainly tell an improvement in horsepower. My ass dyno says 10+. Quetier while cruising but when you get on it; it comes alive.

Just wait!! Individual flanges for one. Not like others aka BBK one piece flange.

The individuals are PITA, especially when you have to change the header gasket, when they start to leak.
